The fridge or freezer compartment is not maintaining the desired temperature. Check the temperature in the fridge is set to the correct setting relative to ambient conditions. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the appliance's operating limits of 10°C to 32°C.

The temperature is regulated by a thermostat with 6 positions. Position 1 is minimum coldness, and position 6 is maximum. The intermediate position of 3-4 is generally suitable.
